Hi Rhiannon! I can't give you a fully evolved Pokemon, so here is a Feebas. It knows Splash and Water Pulse. It is Level 5. Do you want to give her a nickname?

Go to Hether City first. You go up Route 1 and continue down on Route 2. There will be people to battle along the way. Here is a POKeGEAR, 10 Poke Balls, and $3000. *Obtained items* Good luck on your adventure!
